Welcome Home to Lovingly Yours Residential Care

Lovingly Yours Residential Care is a non-medical Residential Care Facility for the Elderly licensed by the State of Arizona to serve up to five residents. We provide care and services to those who need assistance, have health issues or are no longer safe to live by themselves.

• Small Private Facility.  Your loved one will live in a house in a residential neighborhood. This  creates a comfortable environment providing socialization and fun. Our home is the right size where our residents feel comfortable and a part of a group.​
• We Are Privately Owned.  Our management team is dedicated and focused on the operation of the facility and provides continuous instructions to assist our caregivers to effectively care for our residents.
• Our Exceptional Location and Environment.  Our home features a comfortable floor plan with an outdoor patio that encourages movement and provides a soothing and calming environment for our residents. It is within easy reach for visitors.
• All-Inclusive Care.  A stress-free environment where care, services, food and basic supplies are included into one cost-effective rate.

Meet Julius and Tanya

Julius has 12 years of experience as a registered nurse and holds a master’s degree in nursing. He began his career at Banner Del Webb hospital, serving as an RN in the inpatient mental health unit focusing on the 55 and over population.  His extensive knowledge in supporting seniors allows him to manage acute situations involving conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, anxiety, depression, psychosis, and other related mental health disorders. Julius also has experience as a Home Health nurse, a position that expanded his nursing expertise outward and into the community. He provided after-hospital visits and continued treatments for individuals, while supporting their progress to recovery. As of current, Julius continues his nursing service by ‘serving those who have served.’ He joined the Phoenix VA Medical Center in 2013 where he continues to fulfill his nursing passion by proudly supporting U.S. veterans in the inpatient mental health unit, establishing a collaborative partnership with the inpatient behavioral health treatment team to progressively support the recovery journeys of our veterans.

Tanya holds an MBA degree.  Her prior career was focused in Information Technology for the past 21 years.  She was always referred to as the person who leads with her HEART!  Her ever-caring heart allowed her to successfully manage a team of 35 technical experts in Arizona, New Jersey, and India.  Tanya transitioned into a career in Real Estate where she specializes in Assisted Living Home sales.  This allowed both Julius and Tanya to bring their hearts and passion of caring for others into the decision of owning and operating their own ALH.  Both live and lead with their hearts, which makes them a perfect fit for the world of Assisted Living. 

Julius and Tanya have been happily married for the past 22 years and have 4 beautiful boys (Justin, Julian, Jordan, and Jayden).  One of their biggest goals in life is to raise their children as respectful and caring young men who also lead with their hearts and live each day spreading human kindness in this world.  We look forward to meeting everyone and working with the Senior Assisted Living Home community.
